This is ridiculous. I’ve fallen in love with a piece of land.

I chose real estate as a profession in 1961 – 48 years ago. And today, at the ripe old age of 83, the most fabulous, ever, new listing appeared on my computer screen. Oh, my, what to do?

OK, so I wouldn’t actually take on a home building project at this stage of the game, but if I could, this would be it. If you could, leave a message for me at Penitenti/Petersen Realty, 707-964-5312. I’ll take you right to it. 

If you or someone you know could make an investment of this magnitude and are looking for “Shangri-La,” don’t waste another minute.  Tell them about this incomparable oceanfront parcel hardly ever seen before except from private planes and kayaks up to now.  

It’s the last stop on the most beautiful, remaining oceanfrontage in America, in a mild climate, at the very end of a very private lane within a stone’s throw of the magical village of Mendocino. This incomparable, three acre building site, with an already-existing concrete stairway down to the beach (no longer available at any price) is too good to be true. But it is true.

It’s expensive, of course, because I’m sure it has no equal – not anywhere in the world. Yes, I do have my serious moments and I do still sell real estate.

This one takes my breath away and I could use the money.
